Hello everyone, so I'm back and want to share my experience with Skandia Air Express in Thailand (3d/2n). Because it was a very amazing journey so, I would like to share some information with all of you and I hope my content right now can be useful in any function. This village produce porcelain as their characteristic. Actually, the original only have 5 colours (red, black green, yellow, blue). This colour started from King Rama II - King Rama V. But now there was one add colour, it is gold to make this porcelain more unique. For the processes it took long time. first, sclupting to make the carving, then put on oven in 800 Celcius. Then cold it and dry it. Then drawing from the real gold and another colour. The last step dry it for 8 hours. Because of these long process and this is the original man made from the craftsman, so make this porcelain quiet expensive, but dont worry it has longlasting and represent the village.
This is also another project from King Rama IX. The King loves agriculture, so he made this site a farming area. He wants to make this area develop by their characteristic (the soil is very good). So the King bought the land, used his money, and give this land to local people. He wants the local people active and has income for their life. The King teaches them how to plant and grow them. After the local people understand, they started to grow it well and try to make handicrafts and Hindi culture. And now, this site is very famous for foreign tourists and local people of the environment. The named CHANGKUAMAN, itself means “let it be/ making cassava/ to the weightâ€. Because the soil is very good to grow the cassava.
This is another project from King Rama. In here you can feed lots of animals (horse, rabbit, goat). This is very recommended for Millenials who search instagramable sites. There are also shops, where sell snack local food and also souvenir.
This market is very famous named Amphawa Floating Market. Besides the price is quite cheap, the variation of the merchandise, this market represents the traditional market of Thailand. Another activity, you can try to use the boat (it costs 50 Baht) to go along the river in 1 hour. This experience was very good and don't worry because you got a life jacket for safety. And you can try local food of Thailand in here (especially seafood), the taste is very reached of spices and the seafood was fresh. It becomes a memorable moment if you come here and want to come here again.
